Davide's path began in the vegetable garden and continued through the starred kitchens of northern Italy, where he learned that vegetables are the most demanding of ingredients: they hide nothing, forgive nothing, wait for no one. His plant-led cooking follows the seasons without ideology — taste comes first, the manifesto never.
The at-home experience is built for the curious: a menu that is entirely, or almost entirely, plant-led, shaped around what Qualimé partners have at their best that week. Davide shops in the days before, cooks in your home with his own equipment, serves each course and leaves the kitchen immaculate.
