You do the inviting; your chef sees to the rest — choosing the ingredients from Qualimé partners in the days before, then arriving with their own equipment to cook, serve each course and leave the house exactly as they found it. The restaurant that comes to you, made for a table of six to eight. From €90 to €150 per guest, depending on the menu.
Selection & sourcing — in the days before, the chef picks the ingredients from Qualimé partners.
Cooking in your home — the chef arrives with their own equipment and works in your kitchen.
Plated service — every course served as it would be in a restaurant.
Complete cleanup — the kitchen back as it was. All that remains is the evening.

We bring a recognised chef — one with a following of their own — into your restaurant for an evening created alongside your kitchen. The value runs both ways: a menu that surprises your regulars, and new guests drawn in by the name. It dovetails with the Qualimé visibility circuit; every project is shaped on quotation.
