Luca is a pastry chef who thinks like a cook. Trained between grand pâtisseries and starred kitchens, he brought the rigour of the laboratory to restaurant desserts — and from there into the savoury: leavened breads, plated desserts, petits fours that end a dinner without weighing it down.

His daily storytelling on social media has earned him a loyal audience that follows him wherever he goes. That is the heart of the guest format: a signature evening in your restaurant, announced on his channels and woven into the Qualimé visibility circuit.
