Sofia comes from a family where Sunday was measured in hours of ragù. After training in starred kitchens and seasons abroad, she returned south to rewrite what she knew by heart — the great Sunday dishes, the fry of the day's catch, the home bakes — with contemporary technique and a light hand.
At home she offers a dinner of tradition, retold: she does the shopping herself in the days before, choosing among Qualimé partners; then she arrives with her own equipment, cooks, serves at the table and restores order before saying goodnight. The effect is a family feast with the precision of a restaurant.
