A family of beekeepers in the pre-Alpine hills, third generation
Acacia Honey
Pale and limpid, a delicate sweetness that accompanies without overpowering: acacia in its purest form.
€18.00500 g jar
Qualimé verified chain — every step guaranteed.
The acacia blooms for a handful of days between spring and early summer. The beekeeping family who works it for us, now in its third generation, knows that moment by heart: when it comes, everything else stops.
The result is a pale, limpid honey with a light fragrance and a clean sweetness that accompanies without ever overpowering. Cold-extracted, it stays naturally fluid for a long time.
Every batch is traced by Qualimé along the entire supply chain. Quality is not declared: it is proven, jar by jar.
