Above a thousand metres, the blooms last a few short weeks and wait for no one. Our partner beekeepers follow them with nomadic hives, moved by hand from meadow to meadow, as mountain people have always done.
Extraction is done cold, without heat and without haste: what stays in the jar is exactly what the bees gathered. A wildflower honey that changes every year, because every year the mountain blooms in its own way.
